Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor /Masters in Accounting from any leading University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and post Payments Voucher, Receipts Voucher & Journal Voucher in SAP.
∎ Operate day-to-day functional banking operations as per company policies and procedures.
∎ Process all types of bill.
∎ Record Banking transaction, loan adjustment, Cheques, Transfer payments, etc
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Prepare TAX & RJSC related documents.
∎ Cooperating with Internal and External Audits and preparation of complete paperwork as required
∎ Maintain communication with Govt. & Other Regulatory Bodies including JSC, BOI, NBR, TAX & VAT Authority, Bank & Other Financial Institutes, External & Internal Auditors
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other registers.
∎ Prepare and submission of monthly VAT returns.
∎ Prepare different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Manage Fixed Asset Register and related process, policy, and procedures.
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
∎ Working exposure in Printing & Packaging /Spinning / Textiles / Garments sectors with extensive operational knowledge in TAX and VAT
∎ CA(CC) holders are more preferable.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, SAP or any other advanced ERP experience
∎ Good command of the English language is required (Both verbal and written).
∎ Results-oriented.
∎ Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions
∎ Able to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with reasonably good analytical and problem-solving skills.
