Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Production Officer – Hygiene Product will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities of hygiene products (e.g., sanitary napkins, diapers, wet wipes, etc.). This role ensures that production processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor production line operations for hygiene products to ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate shift-wise manpower planning and ensure proper utilization of resources (materials, machines, manpower).
∎ Maintain batch-wise and shift-wise production records and ensure accurate documentation.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the whole production area and all machines.
∎ Ensure proper labeling (Identification and Status) of all areas, machinery, and materials.
∎ Preparing the daily work schedule after discussion with the superior.
∎ Works allocation for the workers to the respective area.
∎ Ensure all machines and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated in coordination with the maintenance team.
∎ Monitor in-process parameters (weight, size, sealing, folding, wrapping, etc.) and take corrective action as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the quality team to handle product deviations, non-conformities, and production-related customer complaints.
∎ Train production workers and operators on standard procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety practices.
∎ Monitor and reduce production wastage, downtime, and ensure efficient material handling.
