∎ B.Sc in Chemical/ Mechanical/ IPE Engineer with MBA preferred
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MBA
∎ Skills Required: FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PROCESSES:
∎ Takes responsibility for maintaining and/or improving the performance of the machinery,
∎ Run the refinery section's plant as per schedule plan and full capacity,
∎ Ensure that checks are made and audits taken on the equipment regularly, to detect irregularities,
∎ Propose studies, tests and measurements to the Technical department in order to improve performance,
∎ MANAGEMENT:
∎ Promote exchanges between own departments and the other departments in the plant.
∎ Run information meetings and make own teams aware of safety matters and check that safety regulations are respected.
∎ Induct new recruits, monitor the development of potentials, and propose training schemes for own teams in order to optimize their skills.
∎ Challenges/Limitation of Authority:
∎ Challenge of developing competent edible oil professionals in a green-field project
∎ MAIN PURPOSE:
∎ Contribute to the reduction of production costs by optimizing processes
∎ Contribute to quality by making sure standards are respected and by meeting customers' expectations
∎ Provide the plant with a medium and long term analysis of the prospects for change and the means for adapting or developing by making the necessary investments
∎ Make sure the production of the edible oil conforms to the quality required and the demands of the operating processes
∎ Contribute to the respect of the environment in the plant's activities by preventing potential pollution (noise, visual, vibrations) and raising the awareness of employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ TECHNICAL SKILLS
∎ In-depth knowledge of the edible oil processing,
∎ General knowledge of physics, chemistry, science of heat and computing.
∎ Knowledge of the chemical parameters that affect the quality of edible oil.
∎ General knowledge of process control tools.
∎ Knowledge of quality and environmental standards.
∎ Ability to run teams and workgroups.
∎ Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary way.
∎ Inquisitive and creative.
