Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ Mechanical/ Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ Na
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical/ Electronics, Home appliances, Industrial Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting daily production target according to the production plan.
∎ Developing Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly production planning.
∎ Extensive knowledge about 5S, Time Management, Motion Study and Time study.
∎ Adequate knowledge on CTP, CTQ, CPk, Line Balancing etc.
∎ Manpower allocation on the basis of target production quantity.
∎ Materials requisition for production line.
∎ Prepare and maintain the production report to production manager.
∎ Daily wastage report, SFG report & OEE report update and share with production manager.
∎ Process improvement for increasing production quantity and develop product quality.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions for workers to increase productivity
∎ Self & sequence maintain in production line for reducing defects.
∎ Monthly requisition of local items for production line.
∎ Generate monthly WIP report end of the month.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical ability
∎ Good command in English language
∎ Self-driven, teamwork, and leadership quality
∎ Willingness to work in roaster basis ( Day & Night shift) when required
