∎ B.Sc. In Textile Eng. Or. Minimum Hon's In any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Customer Service, Product development in Garments accessories company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing & coordinate for new product development through start-up kit.
∎ Analyze new product development report to ensure on time development to achieve target sample development lead-time to ensure maximum order intake.
∎ Drive development cycle time improvements & first-time right improvements along with operations team.
∎ Help determining prices by doing competitive & profitable costing to give maximum profit to the company.
∎ Train/Assist customer service, Sales team & other personnel in the process of achieving highest degree required by each account/retailer in terms of service & quality.
∎ Support the vendor Sales team to gain more businesses by on time quotes & Product development.
∎ Responsible for different process improvement projects as a part of improvement of faster product development, color consistency, Improved inventory Management, speed of first order deployment.
∎ Coordinate on updating guidelines, Standards and other required documents on regular basis.
∎ Should have a solid understanding of how to deploy and test products and troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Familiar with the latest product development trends and excited to try out new ways to improve processes.
∎ Acting as a technical support for product for product development team and other cross functional team when necessary.
∎ Should have ability to think outside the box allows to devise creative solutions to complex problems.
∎ Ability to Collect customer feedback to continue expansion and enhancements, keep growing the product roadmap and set new strategic goals for the product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidate must have experience especially in Narrow Fabric (All types of Elastic, Labels and tapes) and Offset printing.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Good in communication over phone, e-mail & other modern modes of communication.
∎ The Candidate should be smart, young, energetic, proactive, result-oriented and well-mannered with pleasant personality.
∎ Excellent computer skills with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
∎ Excellent command over Bangla & English (both written and verbal) .
∎ Candidate should be able to manage stress and work under pressure
∎ Should possess good negotiation skills and customer handling capability
∎ Possess good organizational and time management skills
∎ Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure and within deadline
∎ Instigate and develop effective working relationships inside and outside customers.
