• Masters degree in any discipline
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Hon’s/Masters in any discipline Or B.Sc. In Textile Eng. from any reputed University

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

• Age At most 35 years

• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skill.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner and quick thinker.

GMS Trims Ltd. a reputed garments accessories company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Executive/Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing" for Head Office located in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have vast knowledge about composite garments accessories for sales & Marketing.

• Responsible for procuring orders from buyers and take initiative to develop new market.

• To manage existing customer portfolio.

• Frequent visit to customers` to increase market presence and sales and maintain liaison with all local customers.

• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

• Analysis market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy as well as Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

• Monitor work of sales team as per company policies.

• Ensure achievement of sales target by the sales personnel.

• Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.

• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.

• Coordinate with admin to ensure all sales deliveries are executed effectively.

• Ensure sales returns are met by the sales team as per company policy.

• Ensure ethical business relations with customers and within teams.

• Prepare daily & monthly report as required by management as well as Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.

• To perform any other job as assigned by the Management time to time.
