GMS Trims Ltd. a reputed garments accessories company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Assistant Officer/Officer (Yarn Dyeing Lab)" for Factory Unit located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and analyze recipes based on buyer-provided color swatches, Pantone references, QTX and R% vales while maintaining require quality standards.

• Achieve accurate color matching through proper dye selection and appreciate dyeing method.

• Prepare lab dip and submit them within the require lead time prioritizing urgent basis.

• Follow the bulk dyeing plan and production schedule.

• Operate and maintain the spectrophotometer.

• Manage daily laboratory workflow and Ensure efficient use of dyes, chemical & equipment.

• Submit Lab dip to buyers, Maintain comprehensive approval records and transfer approval recipe data to the bulk production team.

• Ensure accurate calculation of material-to-liquor (M:L) ratio, dyes, chemical and auxiliaries to maximum Right-First-Time (RFT) results.

• Test and verify the quality of incoming dyes chemicals, and water parameters (PH and Hardness).

• Perform any other duties assign by management.
