- Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.
- Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
- Have to know reporting
- Have knowledge on public management & networking
Responsibilities & Context:
To select potato based yearly crop production block on the basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage system.
To select actual farmer for processed / export potato cultivation.
Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the supervisor.
Arrangement of farmers’ meeting and compete Agreement with contact growers.
Impute distribution among the contact growers properly & timely.
Regular field visit & provide technical support to the contract growers.
To ensure quality potato & others crop production by contract growers.
To ensure proper field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading of product.
To ensure product collection and storage smoothly.
All data collection & update regularly of farmer, land and crops.
Maintain stock and all documents regularly.
Do any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
