• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• Executing potato based yearly exportable crop production program aligning both volume and cost target.

• Ensuring required preparation for suitable block (Land) / actual farmer selection and generating good relationship with farmers for smooth execution of production target.

• Ensuring quality processed / export & seed potato production aligning required intercultural operations i.e. fertilizer application, pesticide & fungicide management, irrigation, weeding, roughing and labor management.

• Ensuring collection of data from farmers and cultivation of crop by field officer.

• Ensuring agreement with contract growers and arrangement of capacity building training for the contract growers.

• Justifying impute distribution properly within contact growers.

• Checking rouging, spraying, intercultural activities and report to the supervisor.

• Accomplishing field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading.

• Ensuring product collection and storage.

• Arranging all documents for ensuring farmer payment.

• Maintaining stock and all documents regularly.

• Supervising production team, labour, farmer & other related persons.       

• Following the safeguard reporting procedures in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

• Do any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
