Education:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ PGD in HRM is highly preferable

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates should have knowledge of data entry in HR software and producing report based on the data.
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and amendments are highly preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranging the recruitment events as per instruction of the supervisor (Inviting candidates, arranging accommodation and refreshment, preparing exam papers and etc.)
∎ Conducting the joining activities of new staff and arranging orientation for newly joined staff
∎ Organizing the staff training events (preparing and circulating schedule & candidate list, arranging training room, refreshment, training materials etc.)
∎ Drafting different HR related Office Order/Office Memo/Letters etc.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and updating staff personal files, recruitment files, disciplinary action’s files, office order’s files etc. (all HR File)
∎ Maintaining the HR software data and preparing the report of Payroll, attendance, leave etc.
∎ Preparing the requisition of Admin Office Logistics, Stationary, Refreshments and equipment
∎ Participating in different departmental events arrangement and providing support as per need
∎ Ensuring the accommodation of the SPP staff and office guest and arranging refreshment of visitors
∎ Assisting in performance appraisal management of staff, Keeping record and preparing the report
∎ Arranging and attending different meetings & training as per instruction of the management
∎ Providing leave, attendance and HR relevant other information (as per policy except confidential information) to the staff and provide customer service to other staff as a representative of HR & Admin
∎ Any other duties assign by the supervisor

∎ Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is a humanitarian organization which is located in Sreepur of Gazipur District. We provide support of shelter, education, rehabilitation & livelihood training to the destitute mothers and children which help them to re-settle in their community with better financial and interpersonal skills. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Officer (HR) as per followings:

∎ Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is an International NGO in Bangladesh, serves as a refuge and safe haven for single mothers and their children who have been displaced from their homes. Shishu Polli Plus was established in 1989 and is located 50km north of Dhaka in rural Bangladesh. Approximately 500 mothers and children live in the village and follow an agreed rehabilitation programme for up to three years. As well as receiving literacy and vocational training and other educational opportunities, the mothers work for SPP and earn a small allowance. Each month they also receive money in a saving account that is given to them, as a capital sum, when they return to their communities.
