Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan and conduct sports classes, training sessions, and physical education programs

• Prepare schedules and organize regular practice for different classes

• Assess and track students’ physical abilities, performance, and progress

• Maintain attendance and performance records of students

• Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities

• Promote a healthy and active lifestyle within the SPP campus

• Encourage students to participate in school and external sports events

• Ensure student safety, discipline, and proper use of sports equipment

• Teach correct techniques and support students in developing skills and fitness goals

• Collaborate with teachers, Child & Mother Care staff, and parents regarding student progress

• Support slow learners and take substitute classes when required

• Assist in planning events, managing sports materials, and coordinating with the store

• Support development of sports facilities and SwimSafe training programs

• Prepare reports, evaluations, and required documentation for management

• Participate in school programs, events, and activities (including weekends if needed)

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
