HR Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the operational execution of all HR activities and providing operational support on all aspects of HR department.
∎ Maintaining digital and electronic records of all employees with hard copy.
∎ Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agenda.
∎ Maintaining and updating employees' database with necessary joining documents.
∎ Managing shift plan, leave and record.
∎ Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefits related issue for all level of employees.
∎ Providing Information to Learning and Development team according to TNA of employees
∎ Coordinating training sessions and seminars to the worker and management staff.
∎ Developing and implementing policies and issues such as working conditions, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
∎ Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions, contract and redundancy.
∎ Maintain social compliance according to labor law & rules as well as prepare & update documentation.
∎ Performing additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Ability to work well on under pressure.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to analyze, interpret and explain Labor law
∎ Potential to handle conflict
