Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain attendance and leave management Factory & Filed Forces.
∎ Look after the attendance of office staff.
∎ Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
∎ Prepare HR-related reports if needed.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Disciplinary Action asper Law
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration work.
∎ Solving different administrative issues or cases by consulting with management.
∎ Good Knowledge on event Management.
∎ Ensure overall security and safety system.
∎ Housekeeping management, Support Staff Management, Protocol Management.
∎ Must have a convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from just in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Computer skill are required.
