Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaison between production and QA closely for proper guidance to the continuation of production.
∎ Perform the chemical analysis of raw salt, brine, mother liquor and finished salt regularly as per demand of the production department to follow up the operational procedure smoothly.
∎ Checking the magnesium content of mother liquor (Eva-1 ~ Eva-4) and checking the pH value in every two hour.
∎ To ensure a quality brine to providing process for continuing production.
∎ To ensure all mechanical and chemical problem monitoring (brine section) and takes needful action and to inform to superior in QA department.
∎ Checking all chemicals(Diesel, Furnace Oil, Alum water treatment chemicals, Lime, Soda Ash, Caustic, Flocculant, Iodine.
∎ Checking the, packing material (Foils, HDPE, Oven sack, Gum tape etc) packing quality and the weighing of finished salts as business requirement.
∎ As per requirements of production department responsible(Brine preparation) for all kinds of dozing (like Flocculant, Lime, Iodine, Anti Foaming, Anti caking agent,) properly also supervise and take necessary measures of the hardness, TDS, pH, NaCl of boiler and generator feed water as required level by dozing proper chemicals per shift.
∎ To ensure product quality on delivery time.
∎ Identify & resolve speedily and efficiently all products complain.
∎ Ensure chemicals and reagent for performing the necessary chemicals analysis.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw salt, brine, mother liquor; contents of Iodine, pH value and quality of finished salt accordingly preserve the documents properly.
∎ Issuance the certificate of the waste product before disposal / sale by inspecting properly.
∎ Working with production department to develop the productivity and product quality.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
