Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping track of stock levels, receiving and storing goods, and ensuring inventory is accurate and well-organized.
∎ Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to ensure the store is adequately stocked without overstocking.
∎ Conducting regular stock counts and audits to ensure the physical inventory matches the records.
∎ Ensuring the correct goods are picked and packed for customer orders or internal use.
∎ Inspecting goods upon receipt for damage or discrepancies and ensuring they meet required quality standards.
∎ Maintaining records of inventory transactions, deliveries, receipts, and returns.
∎ Ensuring the store or warehouse is secure, following safety protocols, and preventing losses or theft.
∎ Providing regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and order status to management.
∎ Assisting customers or other departments with product inquiries or order issues.
