- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Masters in HRM from any reputed public/private university/college

- Work experience in microfinance organization will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with travel in working areas outside Dhaka.
- Honest, responsible, and confidential in handling tasks.
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking someone who is eligible to work under pressure with good skill in MS office (typing speed in Bengali: 35 wpm & in English: 40).
H/She will be responsible to maintain staff info, office documents, prepare official letters & others.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update staff information & related documents.
- Maintain Personal files.
- Prepare administrative & other letters.
- Manage attendance register, leave register, movement register, admin filing, and office documentation.
- Ensure secure document handling and organized filing
- Cooperate your seniors/Supervisor to provide documents in audit/observation.
Job Other Benifits: Consolidated salary will be 20000/- taka.
After confirmation it will be 29900/- taka.
Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund, City allowance will be applicable after confirmation.
Festival bonus & Baisakhi Bonus as per service rule.
