∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Visitors at reception
∎ Maintain all registers at reception for Attendance, visitors
∎ Coordinating with Candidates for interview schedules
∎ Coordination with IT team for new joiners' email id and other Admin related work
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming and outgoing phone calls.
∎ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute;
∎ Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
∎ Any other job as per managements requirement.

∎ Age at most 30 years
