Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from a reputed university with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to perform Quality Management System (QMS) related activities of the factory under the guidance of senior management officials.
∎ Major jobs of the position are as follows:
∎ Assist to ensure that the processes required for the QMS are designed, implemented & maintained properly.
∎ Assist to develop the quality manual with relevant documents.
∎ Create and develop quality SOPs, process flow charts and work instructions.
∎ Ensure document control in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 guidelines
∎ Prepare and conduct internal audit plan on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to implement all technical requirements and develop internal audit/testing parameters.
∎ Prepare all types of quality metrics and KPI reporting
∎ Make coordination for technical/external/buyer audits and follow up corrective actions as per audit findings/reports.
∎ Conduct training program for development of the employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 2 yrs. of experience in the QMS department in Knit Garment Industry.
∎ Should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ Should have strong leadership & communication skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Should have adequate Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mailing.
