• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-management employees

• Conduct orientation programs for new employees covering company processes and policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.

• Assist in payroll processing, maintain daily attendance and leave records, and verify Trip Allowance bills to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Execute final settlements of employees and maintain all related documentation in accordance with labor laws.

• Draft official letters, office notices, and communications concerning disciplinary actions and measures, in line with labor laws and company policies, in coordination with the Head Office.

• Implement and monitor compliance requirements within the facility, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance of the facility.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports on transport workforce matters, including recruitment, attendance, performance, and compliance.
