Responsibilities & Context:
  • Roll out completion of engagement surveys every year.

  • Be a member of and work with engagement cross functional team to action initiatives identified for correction.

  • Implement specific actions identified for area of operations to address low engagement scored area.

  • Implement, track, monitor and Report calendarize specific recognition programs.

  • Report progress on each of the actions implemented for people in the work area.

  • Implantation for all new hires-Company Orientation and Functional Induction Programmes.

  • Respond and resolves problem received from TL, GL, Officer on specific work-related issue and challenges

  • Proactively counsel and help team member understanding in respect to

    • Advantage of arriving office in time

    • Avoiding unauthorized absence.

    • Reporting and resolving personal problems.

    • Counsel TM having performance difficulties.

  • Conduct planed and periodic awareness programmes on Importance of Team work & Managing Personal problem affecting work.

  • Implement programs to reduce instances of indiscipline and complete all disciplinary actions within agreed timeline.

  • Implement periodic celebration programs including birthday wish, attendance appreciation months, etc.

  • Provides inputs and Co-Ordinate implementation of identified automation of ER Operational Process.
