∎ We are Looking for skilled and passionate Customer Service Executive who is interested in working with our talented and creative E-Commerce Team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly in online platform.
∎ Encourage customers to buy the products.
∎ Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customers and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain record and database.
∎ Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
∎ Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
∎ Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
∎ Have to familiar with tele marketing and remarketing concept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Jacket /Garments marketing knowledge will get an advantage
∎ Language: Bangla, Hindi and English
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Insurance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
