Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Manage the brand’s positioning, voice and identity across all platforms.
∎ Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
∎ Drive business growth through partnerships, collaborations and B2B opportunities.
∎ Identify new sales channels and market segments to expand the customer base.
∎ Oversee social media, email campaigns and website performance.
∎ Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
∎ Enhance e-commerce performance by improving customer acquisition, conversion and retention rates.
∎ Collaborate with retail teams to enhance in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
∎ Develop and implement trade marketing programs to strengthen relationships with channel partners.
∎ Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
∎ Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized marketing and CRM strategies.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
∎ Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
∎ Strategic Marketing:
