Job Context:

The role is responsible for driving sales growth by executing strategic plans, expanding distribution networks, and building strong client relationships in the building materials sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network (dealers, distributors, institutional clients, construction/real estate firms, contractors, infrastructure projects, and architectural firms).

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Build strong channel partnerships and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to highlight product benefits (quality, durability, and aesthetics).

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead and manage sales teams.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

  • Maintain proper documentation for contracts, orders, and transactions.
