Job Context:
The role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by developing distribution networks and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the building materials sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, distributors, contractors, developers, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Ensure effective distribution coverage and availability of products in assigned territories.
Negotiate sales terms, finalize agreements, and ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and branding initiatives.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regular basis.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.
Achieve collection targets and maintain healthy receivables within company policy.
Support product launches and provide training or guidance to dealers and sales teams when required.
