Job Context:

The role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by developing distribution networks and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the building materials sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, distributors, contractors, developers, and institutional clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

  • Ensure effective distribution coverage and availability of products in assigned territories.

  • Negotiate sales terms, finalize agreements, and ensure timely order execution and delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and branding initiatives.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regular basis.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.

  • Achieve collection targets and maintain healthy receivables within company policy.

  • Support product launches and provide training or guidance to dealers and sales teams when required.
