Job Context

Al Noor Eye Hospital is launching a high-impact Internship Program tailored for Business and Marketing students. We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven interns to drive revenue across all hospital departments. This is a first-of-its-kind, performance-focused initiative where interns will be active revenue contributors. If you want hands-on healthcare sales experience, this 04 month hybrid program is for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive total sales for all hospital products and services, including optics, pharmacy, diagnostics, and procedures.

• Generate new leads and execute overall patient conversion strategies.

• Actively network and build referral relationships with local pharmacies, independent clinics, corporate clients, and community platforms.

• Meet weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall sales growth and submit structured performance reports.

Employment Status

• Internship (Duration: 04 Months or as per University Requirement)

• Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (online).

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. (any final year student also can apply)

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Must be field-oriented and performance-driven.

• Candidates with a background of university organizing committees will be given strong preference.
