Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team for strong market performance.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Ensure product availability and proper distribution across the region.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure team discipline, compliance, and achievement of KPIs.
