Responsibilities & Context:
Research product trends and customer demand to develop strategies for category growth.
Build industry partnerships to promote products, control costs, and drive sales.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and handle excess inventory efficiently.
Generate reports on sales, inventory, and product performance for data-driven decisions.
Analyze category performance, prepare P&L statements, and evaluate market positioning.
Develop strategies to enhance category performance based on data insights.
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for quality and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse for seamless execution.
Lead and guide teams to align with category goals and drive performance.
