Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key swapping clients, partners, and fleet operators through phone calls.
Monitor swapping station performance metrics (battery circulation, swap frequency, uptime) and report regularly.
Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, credit terms, and payment follow-up.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiative
Support marketing and promotional activities related to account-specific engagement.
Frequently visit corporate offices inside/outside Dhaka
