* 1–3 years experience in digital marketing (Freshers can apply if skilled)
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing
* Basic knowledge of tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
* Good communication skills in Bangla & English
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads)
* Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
* Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
* Create engaging content (post, blog, ad copy)
* Coordinate with design and development team
