Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven leader to join Megastar Technology as Head of Strategy & Operations.

This is a role where you will work closely with the founder to build, shape, and scale the company from the ground up.

You will play a critical role in turning strategy into execution, essentially acting as the operational backbone of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Planning

 Define and execute the company’s overall business strategy

 Identify opportunities in the gadgets and electronics market

 Develop clear growth roadmaps and expansion plans

Operations & Execution

 Build and manage day-to-day business operations

 Set up systems, processes, and workflows from scratch

 Oversee supply chain, inventory, and fulfilment

Growth & Expansion

 Drive revenue across online and offline sales channels

 Develop partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and platforms

 Explore and execute new growth opportunities

Product & Market Insight

 Lead product selection, pricing, and positioning

 Analyse market trends and customer behaviour

 Support new product launches and category expansion

Team Leadership

 Recruit and manage cross-functional teams

 Build a high-performance, accountable culture

 Align execution with company goals

Performance & Optimization

 Define KPIs and track performance metrics

 Use data to improve efficiency and profitability

 Continuously optimize operations and processes

Requirements

 3–7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business leadership

 Experience in gadgets, electronics, e-commerce, or consumer products preferred

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Proven ability to execute in fast-paced environments

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Experience in a start-up or early-stage company

 Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain, or imports

 Experience launching or scaling a business
