Job Context: We are looking an energetic, proactive, confident & self-driven professional for the position of Assistant Manager (MIS & Data Analyst) who will be a target oriented and also having a dream to develop career in MIS Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating, Analyzing & Reporting on sales data to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

• Prepare, maintain and generate daily, weekly & monthly sales reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.), Tally & ERP system.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on distributor performance, Sales Achievements & Stock positions.

• Prepare distributor regular commissions, campaign commission, incentives by implementing & monitoring of sales policies.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities & customer behavior to suggest improvements for sales & marketing plans.

• Monitor Primary & Secondary sales trends and assist in forecasting & budgeting.

• Prepare weekly & monthly sales performance report of field forces & distributors to ensure sales targets are met.

• Liaison with Internal Audit, Sales, Marketing teams to sales related investigations or compliances reviews.

• Any other jobs assign by the Management.
