🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for electric products (fans)
Achieve sales targets and expand dealer/retail network
Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, especially during peak season
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Ensure product availability and proper inventory planning
Set pricing and promotional offers to maximize sales
Oversee after-sales service and customer satisfaction
Lead and motivate sales & marketing team
