Experience:

·       .At least 03 to 05 years for Marketing  Manager Role

·       At least 4 to 5 Years for  Executive or Assistant Manager Role

Mandatory  Requirements:

·        Must have Garments Accessories business Working Experience

·        Specialized in knit & Woven  fancy garments accessories Like as various Kinds of Belt, Button & others fancy accessories.

·        Drawstring, Twill Tape, Elastic etc Garments Accessories selling experience.

·        Having expertness for Garments Accessories cost analysis and Consumption knowledge

·        Having Good source of Factories & Suppliers.

·        Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

·        Positive work ethics to achieve the sales target and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

·        Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

·        Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:

·        Goods delivery confirmation based on customer demand & production capacity.

·        Close attention and planning & Execution for achieving monthly sales target

·         Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure the availability of resources, materials, and equipment necessary for seamless production processes.

·        Optimize production schedules to minimize lead times, reduce inventory holding costs, and eliminate production bottlenecks.

·        Monitor and adjust production plans dynamically in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other factors affecting production efficiency.

·        Ensuring OTD (On Time Delivery).

·        Monitoring & controlling the production process according to the plan.

Education

·        Masters/Bachelor in any discipline
