∎ IBA, Dhaka University, IBA, Rajshahi University, BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and assess the potential growth opportunities.
∎ Research and Analyze world fashion market and prepare seasonal market trend strategic plan to establish new business with target customers.
∎ Research on improved and efficient solutions for Customer for increasing brand value of company;
∎ Develop new factories with all requirement of customer for long term business relationship.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates;
∎ Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company;
∎ Establish the Operational Framework and the resources & structure the Strategic Framework and Strategic time and Action Plan in collaboration with the Management;
∎ Coordinate with all related department like sample development, pricing, negotiation, sourcing, merchandising, Production, etc.
∎ Ensure the achievement of annual sales plan;
∎ Formulate policies, procedures relating to Sales & Marketing to promote sales of products and services;
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings and develop product diversification;
∎ Assess the effectiveness and contribution of Upskilling and Capability Development initiatives and interventions of Team members to improve productivity and performance and minimize downtime;
∎ Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Communication, Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Buying House, Garments, Textile
∎ Excellent command in English.
∎ Skilled in computer operations, Office program,
∎ CAD, Manual Pattern will be an added advantage
∎ Business Development, Marketing, Garments Accessories, Garments Manufacturing, Textile
Salary: Negotiable
