Manor IT Limited is looking for creative and dynamic Digital Marketing professionals who can design engaging content, create videos and reels, and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create attractive and engaging graphic designs, promotional videos, and short-form reels for various social media platforms

• Plan, design, and publish consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

• Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence

• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand tone

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools

• Research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop innovative campaigns and content ideas

• Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and optimizing performance

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

• Identify target audience insights and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to maintain high-quality output

• Support SEO, email marketing, and other online promotional activities when required
