What We Look For:
We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – A2P SMS Sales. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capability, extensive industry experience, and a proven track record in successfully operating and leading corporate SMS sales teams. This role requires someone who can independently drive business growth, manage enterprise clients, build high-performing sales teams, and lead overall A2P SMS business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall A2P SMS and bulk messaging sales operations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and business expansion.
Build, train, and supervise the corporate sales team to ensure target achievement.
Generate new business opportunities through corporate networking, field engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention and revenue growth.
Drive sales for A2P SMS, OTP solutions, API integration, SMPP connectivity, and related communication services.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPI performance regularly.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and business discussions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure service excellence.
Prepare business reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in A2P SMS, telecom, bulk SMS, CPaaS, or VAS sales.
Proven experience in successfully leading and operating a sales team.
Strong corporate network and industry connections will be highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise messaging solutions, API/SMPP business, and telecom market dynamics.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious business targets.
Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and strategic business planning.
