Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans for residential/commercial projects
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team
Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Oversee digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and brand positioning
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with project, CRM, and customer service teams
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for top management
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales service quality
