Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Textile Engineering or a related discipline
Certification or formal training in Sales Leadership / Strategic Sales Management
Training in Apparel Merchandising, Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
Training on CRM systems, digital marketing and data-driven sales strategy
Advanced knowledge of pricing, costing, and margin management
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure consistent brand representation across digital, retail, partnerships, and communications
2. Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across all paid and organic channels
Optimize marketing spend to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency
Oversee campaign performance, attribution modeling and analytics
Identify new growth channels and market expansion opportunities
3. Digital, E-commerce & CRM
Own the digital marketing ecosystem including website traffic, conversion optimization and funnel performance
Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs and personalization initiatives
Partner with technology and product teams to enhance customer experience and platform scalability
4. Content, Communications & Partnerships
Oversee content marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing and brand collaborations
Manage seasonal launches, campaigns and brand activations
Build strategic partnerships with creators, media and external agencies
5. Leadership & Governance
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization
Establish clear processes, performance management and accountability frameworks
Manage agency partners, vendors and marketing budgets
Report marketing performance and insights to executive leadership and board
