Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
Generate leads and identify potential buyers for land, flats, and real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property agents.
Arrange client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Promote company real estate projects through direct sales and marketing activities.
Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports.
Support marketing campaigns, property promotions, and project launches.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
