Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
∎ Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
∎ Prepare and update the assessment of Labor Laws' requirements from the Compliance point of view.
∎ Monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Perform Compliance audits at factories.
∎ Communicate with Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Departments, Local Influences etc.
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
∎ Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
∎ Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
∎ Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the regularity body in this respect.
