Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree / Hon's / Masters
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be certified as an H&M buyer for NQC.
∎ Candidates should be experienced in 6 years with H&M NQC responsible.
∎ Develop, Manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To give size set sample & Initial approval as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ Doing Sewing & Finishing in-line inspection as per NQC Manual to check the quality.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final inspection as per NQC Manual.
∎ Dummy fitting check & report as like H&M technician & report sent to H&M office.
∎ Should have a clear idea about Dummy in Store check system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have experience working as NQC (H&M) in a Denim manufacturing factory, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas As per H&M Quality System & NOC Manual-QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Control, and Final Inspection.
∎ Should have the leadership quality to lead a quality team.
∎ Should have a positive attitude to implement new ideas and systems.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard.
∎ Need to manage all the buyer's Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
