∎ Overall Market share is to be increased up to 25% by first year.
∎ Distributor & Channel Management – Build and manage an effective distributor network ensuring product availability.
∎ Revenue Growth Initiatives – Introduce promotional campaigns, trade offers, and innovative selling tactics to maximize revenue.
∎ Sales Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force to achieve strategic goals.
∎ Key Account Management – Manage top-tier clients, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
∎ Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage sales analytics, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
∎ Budget & Cost Control – Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
