AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory and it’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking few MTO for the Recruitment. The Management Trainee Officer – Recruitment is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process while learning core HR and talent acquisition functions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, assisting senior recruiters, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The position is designed to develop future HR professionals with strong recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Post job vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

  • Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews when required

  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

  • Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment documentation

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Generate recruitment reports and support HR analytics

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market insights, and best practices

  • Gain hands-on exposure to HR policies, recruitment strategies, and compliance

  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements

  • Receive mentorship and training from senior HR professionals
