AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory and it’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking few MTO for the Recruitment. The Management Trainee Officer – Recruitment is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process while learning core HR and talent acquisition functions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, assisting senior recruiters, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The position is designed to develop future HR professionals with strong recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Post job vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews when required
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment documentation
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Generate recruitment reports and support HR analytics
Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market insights, and best practices
Gain hands-on exposure to HR policies, recruitment strategies, and compliance
Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Receive mentorship and training from senior HR professionals
