∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidate from National & Public University is preferred. But circular is open for all university.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent Presentation Skills, Microsoft word and excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training & Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Smart Freshers are welcome but have to be extrovert.
∎ Appointed personnel shall be working in our Training & development team.
∎ Recruited personnel will vastly be included in their self learning program (on the job) as well.
∎ Candidate must be good at designing presentations using MS PowerPoint.
∎ Candidate must be good at presentations as well.
∎ Primary job location will be at Tongi factory premises but for work purpose he may have to travel to multiple factories.
∎ 06 months` probation period is applicable for recruited personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range is stated in the circular but final salary shall be fixed depending upon the performance during interview & practical assessment.
