Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring:
∎ Help developing of the Annual Work Plan.
∎ Develop the overall framework for the physical and process monitoring of project activities.
∎ Guide the process for identifying the key performance questions and parameters for monitoring project. performance and comparing it to targets. Design the format for such performance reports.
∎ Based on the work plans and budgets, guide staff and implementing partners in preparing their progress reports.
∎ Review monitoring reports, analyze these reports in terms of problems and actions needed as well as for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation.
∎ Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with financial staff, technical staff and implementing partners.
∎ Preserve all data and support to prepare donor reports.
∎ Management Information System (MIS):
∎ Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of MIS and to identify where adaptations might be needed.
∎ Record, manage and preserve monitoring and MIS data in a safe and accessible way.
∎ Coordination of data entry and file uploads on a regular basis.
∎ Data collection from all field office.
∎ Check and analysis the data.
∎ Compile the data and make report according to the project requirement.
∎ Sharing and submit report to the supervisor.
∎ Development reporting format according to the project requirement.
∎ Supply the reporting format to the Area Offices.
∎ Prepare different presentation papers if needed.
∎ IEC materials preparation in consultation with project team.
∎ Assist to organized different event at project and community level.
∎ Take other additional assignment of organization if needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skill in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ The candidate should have the mentality to work in remote with driving the motor cycle. At least 60% work at field level
∎ Candidate should have valid driving license
∎ Working knowledge both in English and Bangla
∎ Report writing experience
∎ Project Name: Accelerating Sustainable WASH Services.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in relevant field (including sanitation market development, entrepreneurship development & social marketing regarding WASH)
∎ Age & educational background will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Salary: Tk. 30240 (Monthly)
