Experience:
Bachelor degree or Masters social science, Public Health or relevant field.
Age: Maximum 45 years (Flexible for experienced candidates).
Candidates should have minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in M&E or data management roles, preferably in projects related to maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), family planning, or health systems strengthening.
Strong analytical skills and understating of all aspects of quality programming.
Demonstrated experience of developing and managing different project cycle M&E steps and processes.
A valid motorcycle driving license is required.
Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.

There are vacancies for the following contractual positions at the LAMB under Community Health and Development Program (CHDP), based in Nilphamari District.
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective monitoring, evaluation, and documentation systems at the district level and below.
The position ensures timely and accurate data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting in collaboration with government counterparts and project staff.
The M&E Officer supports the integration of project data into national systems such as DGHS and DGFP including DHIS2 and MIS-FP, conducts routine data quality assessments, and provides evidence-based feedback for program improvement. In addition, the role involves documenting success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
The incumbent will also build capacity of Upazila Coordinator, Union level staff and local health officials on M&E/MIS tools, ensure data-driven decision-making, and contribute to overall program accountability and performance tracking within the district.
Salary: Salary will be negotiable.
