Experience:
Diploma/Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years' work experience at the field level job (Cox’s Bazar/Rohingya context will be prepared).
Working experience with Livelihood & Enterprise development project.Work experience in emergency response project/ Rohingya camps.
Must be able to speak the local Chittagong language ·
Experience in community mobilization, need assessment, beneficiary selection, input distribution and training delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player.
Willing to work in any camps in Teknaf Upazila.
Understanding of protection issues facing our beneficiaries.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali.

Mobilization of project activities:
The role of the Community Facilitator is to mobilize the community, capacity building of the beneficiary, managing and maintaining GFIC and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.
Community communication, mobilization and beneficiary selection and validation.
Organize and facilitate beneficiary training, group meetings, workshops.
Plan and record the training materials, equipment’s and assets.
Identify and locate resources and services from internal and external (UP, Govt, NGOs) sources for the participants.
Problem identification in the field and help the group to solve the problems.
Organize and assist events observing different key International Days.
Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and Cordaid properly.
Activity Plan:
Prepare and submit plan, report weekly/ monthly as required.
Reporting:
Prepare reports as and when required.
Safety security policy of the donor and Cordaid:
Supports the project’s security and risk management system through identification, communication and analysis of potential risks and security issues in the project region and related mitigation recommendations and procedures.
Integrity:
Showcases integrity standards as outlined in Cordaid’s integrity policies.
Fulfills integrity responsibilities as outlined in Cordaid’s Integrity Framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
Actively contributes to a safe environment within their scope of influence by encouraging dialogue, trust, and understanding and adherence to Cordaid’s integrity standards and procedures.
Other duties/additional tasks:
Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor to support program implementation, including for other project output .
Any other duties assigned by the Project Coordinator.
