Experience:
There are 6 different types of Trainers required:
A. Maintenance and repairing (electrical wearing, solar panels & gas stoves).
B. Crafting and designing (handicraft items).
C. Food and test development (bakery & non-bakery food items).
D. Fishing and harvesting support items preparation/Making Net.
E. Stitching Artistry (mosquito net, pillows & pillow cover, bedsheets
preparation, dress making etc.).
F. Beautification (Make-up Artist and Saloon).
Must have delivering technical skills training, career counseling, or job placement services in humanitarian sector.
Technical Skills Training Curriculum development and Facilitation:
Develop and implement training programs based on specific trades at camp level. Develop training module & facilitate the training.
Prepare training session plans, schedules, training materials, and modules, and facilitate gender-responsive training sessions.
Identify training needs through collaboration with community members, employers, and other stakeholders.
Deliver training sessions effectively, ensuring comprehension and skill acquisition among participants.
Monitor and assess participants’ progress through formative assessments and practical evaluations during the training period.
Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Training Planning and Implementing based on markets demand:
Support participant selection, training group formation, and orientation sessions conduct regular home visits and assist with wage distribution processes.
Collaborate closely with local businesses, private sector actors, local organizations, and employers to understand workforce needs and create wage employment opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to beneficiaries on group business initiatives, self-employment opportunities, and basic marketing strategies to support sustainable livelihoods.

Program Coordination and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of program participants, training sessions, and job placement outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery and coordination.
Conduct data collection and submit timely daily and weekly reports through the designated online platforms.

Community Engagement and Outreach:
Promote awareness of the program within the community through outreach activities, informational sessions, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, schools, and relevant organizations to strengthen program engagement and support.
Advocate for program participants by addressing their needs and concerns and facilitating effective communication between the community and the program team.
