∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ At least 2–3 years of experience in distribution or food FMCG-related industries.
∎ Hands-on experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
∎ Previous experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
∎ Strong knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes, especially in FMCG (Food industry preferred).
∎ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
∎ Excellent communication and training skills.
∎ Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Learn the ERP system module-wise and identify gaps in adoption.
∎ Develop and document business processes and workflows for ERP use.
∎ Train ERP users and ensure consistent adoption across all teams.
∎ Monitor daily data input and ensure compliance with established SOPs.
∎ Follow up with concerned teams for resolving input errors or delays.
∎ Check data hygiene and validate accuracy.
∎ Create and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for data insights.
∎ Generate actionable reports and insights to support decision-making.
