∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Ice Cream, Dairy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sampling and Microbiological analysis of Bulk Powder, Raw Materials, Packaging materials Finished goods, Retention sample, water etc.
∎ Update and maintain the Quality manuals relating to ISO 22000, GMP, GLP, and HACCP to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Environment monitoring through Swab test, Exposure plate test, pest control etc.
∎ Supervise and monitoring the cleanliness especially of production area to ensure the hygienic environment for production.
∎ Equipment calibration and validation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Key Skills : ISO 22000, HACCP, Microbiological Analysis, GMP, GLP, and QC Management
